Sundai Phillips Hall

Sundai Phillips Hall has been working in the law field for over 30 years.  99% of her legal experience was derived from working for over a decade for her mentor and friend, Kermit S. King, Esquire.

 

Sundai was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, and now lives in Chapin She earned an Associate Business degree from Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College in 1986. Later, she studied at the University of South Carolina in the Paralegal Studies Curriculum and graduated from this program in 1993.   After the birth of her son, in 2003, Sundai acquired a S.C. Real Estate Sales Agent license.  Through her mentor, Mr. King, she joined Susan Rawls Edwards (now Susan R. Strom) in 2015.  Her greatest accomplishment is her son, “Lex” Dunbar Hall.

 

The most rewarding part of Sundai’s job is helping people, both in and out of the law world.  She uses her years of experience in law and real estate to assist her clients, friends and family step into the next chapter of their lives, ready to move forward and enjoy life again.
